Questions
Which businesses count as cleaning?
Commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning. Dry-cleaning equipment, chemical wholesalers and product suppliers are filtered out.
Where does the data come from?
We collect new business registrations from public records across Australia and New Zealand, refreshed weekly. Every listing is verified against the original source before it reaches you.
How fresh is the data?
The registers drop weekly. A new business appears in your briefing within a few days of registering. We never claim a same-day feed we cannot deliver.
Do you include phone numbers or emails?
Only the ones a business publishes on its own website. On the Solo and Pro plans we record publicly available contact information where a business has chosen to publish it. We never buy contact data or construct contact details. A business registered last week often has no website at all, so expect most rows to be blank. What you are buying is timing, classification and scoring; published contact details are a bonus where they exist, not a contact list.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, any time from your Stripe portal. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee. Most suppliers find the $29/month Solo plan pays for itself with one new client.
How is this different from buying a business list?
A bought list is a snapshot — stale the day you receive it. JustRegistered is a live feed of NEW businesses. You reach them the week they register, before they've chosen suppliers. That's the difference between being first in line and cold-calling an established business.

Is this legal to use for sales outreach?
Yes. We provide publicly available business registration data. You're responsible for complying with the Spam Act 2003 and Privacy Act 1988 when contacting businesses. Include an unsubscribe option, identify yourself clearly, and ensure your email is relevant to their business.
What does the readiness score mean?
Each business gets a 0-100 score based on publicly available signals that indicate they are ready to buy. Higher score = more likely to be actively setting up and open to supplier conversations.
