1. Service

JustRegistered provides weekly briefings of newly registered businesses across Australia and New Zealand, categorised by industry and scored for supplier readiness. Australian data is sourced from the ASIC Business Names Register and Australian Business Register. New Zealand data is sourced from the New Zealand Companies Office register.

2. Data sources

We collect new business registrations from four public government sources:

• The ASIC Business Names register, published weekly.
• The ASIC Company dataset, published weekly.
• The Australian Business Register web services, used to confirm entity type, GST status, state and postcode.
• The New Zealand Companies Office register, for NZ business registrations and company details.

We use this data under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia licence. We are not affiliated with ASIC, the ABR, or any government body.

3. Subscriptions

Free tier: 5 results a search, 3 days behind the paid feed, weekly briefing for one industry, two weeks of history. Solo ($29/mo): every result with no cap, same week, personalised PDF briefing for one industry, twelve months of history. Pro ($59/mo): everything in Solo plus unlimited industries in one briefing, CSV export, daily/weekly/monthly email cadence, market pulse trends, watchlist monitoring, REST API, CRM webhooks and priority support. Cancel anytime.

4. Data accuracy

We source data from public government registers and business websites. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee completeness. Data may be delayed by 1-3 days from registration date. This is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Classification and scoring

Each new registration is classified into an industry taxonomy using automated tools with human review. Only high-confidence classifications (0.75 and above) ship to subscribers. Those between 0.50 and 0.74 go to a weekly review bucket a human checks; below that, they are held back. The readiness score (0-100) is built from: GST registration (+30), company structure (+15), live website (+15), with a base of 35 for a live registration and a -25 adjustment for dormant patterns.

6. Contact details

On the Solo and Pro plans we read the website we hold for a business and record the phone number, email address, LinkedIn page and Facebook page that the business publishes there. Every value has appeared verbatim on the business's own domain. We honour robots.txt, we fetch a home page and at most one contact page, and we record when we looked. We do not buy contact data from brokers. We do not construct an email address from a person's name and a domain. We do not publish a sole trader's personal details that the business has not published itself.

7. Acceptable use

You may use JustRegistered data for legitimate business purposes including sales outreach, market research, and business development. You may not resell, redistribute, or bulk-harvest our data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, JustRegistered shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
